Bhud Prig Khing Mhoo
(Fried pork and beans with Red Curry)
This is a fast and simple stir fry dish which should be eaten fresh from the wok!

Ingredients
1 ½ cups green beans, blanched
10 oz. Pork fillet, thinly sliced
1 level tsp. Red curry paste
1 tbsp. Nam Pla (fish sauce)
1 tbsp. Palm sugar
1 heaping tbsp. Fresh garlic, chopped finely

Let's Cook
In a hot, well-oiled wok or skillet, stir fry garlic and pork until meat is browned (approx. 3 minutes). Add red curry paste, fish sauce and sugar. Stir in until meat is evenly coated. Add the blanched green beans. Toss and serve.
